| The SSgA Affordable Housing Mortgage Investment
Fund, LLC focuses primarily on the financing of affordable, Section
42-approved, domestic multi-family housing projects. The objective
is to provide a competitive rate of total return through the acquisition
and management of affordable-housing first mortgage loans issued to
projects that qualify for Low Income Housing Tax Credits under the
Internal Revenue Code. The SSgA Affordable Housing Mortgage Fund,
LLC investments can be of three types: construction loans, permanent
loans, or a combination of construction and permanent loans. |
