The Tuckerman Group's Retrofit Investment Program invests in selected domestic properties that will be redeveloped or rehabilitated. Each property must meet stringent criteria including an upgrading of all fire sprinkler systems by installation or retrofitting. In addition, all construction must be done by union workers.
